2006 Tax Season

Once again, the income tax season is approaching, and as in past years, we are requesting your assistance to make sure that all EFP recipients who worked in 2006, avail themselves to all of the tax benefits to which they are entitled and that they utilize free tax preparation services whenever possible.

Attached are EITC fact sheets and a complete listing of free tax preparation sites for the upcoming tax seasons. Information is provided in both English and Spanish.

Agencies, please provide copies at your  pantries, soup kitchens and shelters for distribution to customers between now and April 15th as appropriate.
